A Customer who is a Consumer has a 14-day period to withdraw from the contract. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item. The goods must be in an unchanged condition, unused and complete, without traces of use - have original labels. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in the event of failure to meet any of the above conditions.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform SaintBy Anna Baj, ul. Siedlecka 159, Pruszyn Pieńki, 08-110 Siedlce, tel. 733 160 400 e-mail: [email protected] of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You can use the model withdrawal form that is attached to each order. You can also send the withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically to [email protected] .

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires. The returned goods should be sent to the following address together with the completed return form:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof that you have sent back the goods, depending on which event occurs first.

Please return or hand over the goods to us at ul. Siedlecka 159 Pruszyn Pieńki, 08-110 Siedlce, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The amount of these costs is estimated at a maximum of approximately PLN 20. You are only liable for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

SaintBy Anna Baj, as the seller, is liable to the Customer who is a Consumer within the meaning of Art. 22[1] of the Civil Code, under the warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code, in particular in Art. 556 and Art. 556[1] – 556[3] and subsequent Art. of the Civil Code.

Complaints arising from the violation of rights guaranteed by law or under these Regulations should be sent to the address [email protected] . The Seller undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days. The complained goods should be sent back together with the completed complaint form to the following address:
